Frequently Asked Questions

How do I share a list with someone?

Tap the share icon on any list, then enter the email address of the person you want to collaborate with. They'll need to have BetterList installed and signed in with that email address.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → tap "Manage Subscription" to open Apple's subscription management. Your subscription is handled through the App Store, so you can cancel or modify it there at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it first through Apple.

Is my data private?

Private lists stay exclusively on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Shared lists are stored securely in the cloud with access controls limiting visibility to list members only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What's included in BetterList Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited list sharing and AI-powered features (photo-to-list, voice input, smart organization). You can also share with up to 5 family members through Apple Family Sharing.
